A Spritz a day…

 

It got up to 88° today in NYC! Tis the season to pop out the Aperol and Prosecco. The spritz is one of my favorite warm weather cocktails.

Recipe tips:
-The official Aperol spritz recipe is 3-2-1. 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, and 1 part soda (many people don’t add the soda, and it really adds that extra ‘spritz’!).
– They also recommend Prosecco first, then add Aperol, so the Aperol doesn’t sit at the bottom (as you can see in the first picture, I didn’t make it!)

Splash of soda last. Garnish with some sliced orange. Enjoy!
