This easy strawberry bread recipe is a moist, delicious one-bowl wonder made with simple pantry staples. Perfect for a quick breakfast or spring snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups sugar or 1:1 Baking Stevia,
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries. chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat to 350°F.
  • Combine dry ingredients.
  • Make a well, add eggs, oil, and applesauce. Stir.
  • Fold in berries and pecans.
  • Bake loaves for 60 mins or muffins for 20-30 mins.

Notes

When mixing, always make a well in the center of your dry ingredients before adding the wet. This ensures everything incorporates evenly without over-mixing!
Store in an airtight container for 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
Bake muffins at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.
